Semi Automatic Spout pouch packaging machine for liquid with four heads

A typical semi automatic spout pouch packaging machine/semi-automatic four-head spout pouch filling machine usually consists of the following parts, with an overall compact and clearly defined structure:

Main Frame: Made of stainless steel, sturdy and stable. The control panel is usually located on the front right or directly in front.

This is the most prominent part. Four independent filling heads are mounted side-by-side on a crossbeam, with an adjustable height clamp below each filling head to secure the spout of the pouch.

The filling heads are usually made of stainless steel or food-grade plastic and connected to the hopper above via pipes.

Located at the rear and top of the machine, a large stainless steel hopper is used to store the liquid to be filled (such as jam, yogurt, oil, detergent, etc.).

It may contain a low-speed stirrer to prevent material sedimentation and ensure uniform filling.

Directly below the filling heads is a flat work platform.

During operation, the worker places the opened spout pouch on the platform and inserts the spout into the clamp under the filling head. Some machines are equipped with adjustable pouch holders or molds to accommodate different sizes of pouches.

Semi-automatic means that the worker needs to manually place and remove the pouches, align the spouts, and then start a single filling cycle using a foot switch or button.

The control panel usually has a touchscreen or buttons for setting and adjusting parameters such as filling volume and filling speed.

The machine contains pneumatic components such as cylinders and solenoid valves to control the opening and closing of the filling valves.
