The challenge
1.Client from Tanzania has a food factory, they decide to pack 1kg rice as the portable packing rice to sell.they already cooperated with different supermarkets and dealers for a few years, they can open the market soon and sell fast.
2.Production capacity: ask to pack the rice 60-70 bags per minute, each bag 1 kg.
3.Packaging bags: the packaging bag size is 150mm for width,250mm for length,back seal for bags is required.
The solution
1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to use our 420mm high speed vertical granule packaging machine. the machine can meet 72 bags per minute.
2.Based on the bag size, we plan to design and use 330mm for width as the plastic film,back seal for test.the material for packing will be Chinese rice.client will design their own plastic bags for bulk production when they get the packaging machine.
3.The production capacity asked for high speed to pack,we decide to use Z shape elevator as the rice transport,to improve the packaging speed.
4.Finished products conveyor is required.
