1.The client from Philippines opens a washing powder factory,they plans to develop a new product line- to pack washing powder by plastic bag and sell portable washing powder.
2.Production capacity: to pack the washing powder 25-60 bags per minute,connect 6/12 bags for this kind of portable washing powder sachet at the same time, each sachet requires 45 gram.
3.Plastic bag: the bag width is 97mm, the bag length is 127mm, ask four-side seal.

The solution
1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to use our 240mm vertical powder packaging machine。
