Order requirements
1.We are a dealer, we need a good price to wholesale 9 sets of vertical powder packing machine,the bag size is 75*125mm, each bag requests to pack 30 grams of baby powder, the permissible error for each bag is 29.1-30.9 grams, each bag needs “一” shape easy to tear,with date printing. Three side seal.
2.Production capacity: 30-40 bags per minute is acceptable.
3.The baby powder is very slippery, we need some equipment to avoid leakage.
4.Custom plastic film is required.
The solution
1.After evaluating the client's requirements,we advise to use our 240mm vertical powder packing machine. the machine can pack 30-40 bags per minute. Equipped with sealing valve for these packing machines,to stop the baby powder to leakage.
2.For the custom plastic film, based on the bag size, we will customize the film 150mm for width,the horizontal sealing edge and vertical sealing edge are both 7mm,three side seal. Will design the cutter for “一” shape easy tear for each bag.
3.Date printer/ribbon code machine will be equipped.
4.The packaging material is powder, we advise to use stainless steel round bucket screw feeding machine with 80 L for the volume.
5.Wooden cases will be used to pack the packaging machines.
