Order requirements
1.We are a juice factory,currently we are using doypack to pack the juice,with a straw to drink the juice,but now we think this design is not very convenient for children,because we supply these juice to schools every month,so we decide to change the bag design and packaging form.
we plan to adopt spout pouch bags with lids,when children didn't drink all juice,the lids can close the bag mouth and can be drinked in next time,
we think this design will be more popular in the market.
2.Production capacity: 60-100 bags per minute is acceptable.
3.The orange juice has no granule in it,just pure juice,
4.Custom plastic spout pouch bags are required,there are two design,the volume is 200ml for each design.
The solution
1.After evaluating the client's requirements,we advise to use our two heads filling and capping machine with servo gear pump.
the machine can pack 60-100 bags per minute if the volume is 200ml for each spout pouch bag.
2.For the custom plastic spout pouch bag,because client didn't finish the design,we have to wait for a while,so we have to use similar
spout pouch bags for test when the filling and capping machine is finished.
3.Date printer and hopper are not required.
4.The packaging material is pure juice, we advise to use servo gear pump is enough.
5.Wooden cases will be used to pack the two heads filling and capping machines.
