The Challenge
1.this client from Ecuador is a dealer, he helps the food factory to purchase this granule packing machine to pack peanuts.it is a new product and sells to the market.
2.Production capacity: ask to pack the peanuts 30-40 bags per minute, each bag 50 grams,another 110 grams for each bag, the accuracy should be very higher.
3.Packaging bags: ask to customize the plastic bag width 100mm,length 160mm,and another bag width is 120mm, length is 160mm,back seal for bags. Date for production should be printed.
The solution
1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to use our 420mm vertical granule packaging machine, the machine can meet 30-40 bags per minute.
2.Based on the two bag sizes, we decide to customize two different plastic films,one film size is 220mm*160m,to pack 50 grams, one film size is 260mm*160mm,to pack 110 grams, back seal for bags.
3.Because each bag is required high accuracy,we decide to equip four head linear scale and related devices. 3L hopper*4 units,4L storage hopper, weighing range:30-2000 gram, speed:10-70 bags per minute.
4.Because each bag is required date printing, we decide to equip ribbon coding machine for this packaging machine as well.
